Terms & Conditions

The agreement that covers quotes, orders, revisions, ownership, and use of Manual Vector Tracing services.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of manualvectortracing.com and any manual vector tracing, logo redraw, or related services provided by Manual Vector Tracing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Manual Vector Tracing is operated from Dhaka, Bangladesh, and serves clients worldwide. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. About the service

We provide manual vector tracing and logo redraw services: recreating raster or low-quality artwork as editable vector paths in Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent professional tools), typically delivered as AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF files, plus preview formats when agreed.

  • We do not use auto-trace / Image Trace as a substitute for manual redraw.
  • We do not guarantee that every visual detail in a damaged or incomplete source can be recovered without your guidance.
  • Published starting prices are guides only; final price depends on complexity and scope confirmed in your quote.

2. Quotes and ordering

Quotes are free and typically based on the file and details you provide. A quote is an estimate of price and turnaround for the described scope — not a guarantee that work has begun.

  • Work begins after you accept the quote and we confirm payment (or other agreed payment terms).
  • If the source file differs materially from what was quoted (e.g. greater complexity, missing layers, extensive cleanup), we may revise the quote before continuing.
  • Rush options, extra formats, or related artwork packs are billed as agreed in writing (email or WhatsApp is sufficient).

By accepting a quote or making payment for an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

3. Your responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have permission to use and authorize redraw of the artwork you submit
  • The work will not infringe third-party intellectual property or violate any law
  • Contact and payment details you provide are accurate

You remain responsible for the underlying brand, trademark, or design rights in the source artwork. Our service recreates paths based on what you supply; it does not transfer or create trademark registration for your brand.

4. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated in your quote, orders include revisions within the agreed scope — for example adjustments to curves, spacing, and colors — until you approve the soft proof.

  • Revisions that change the agreed brief (new design concepts, different logos, major restyling) may be re-quoted as additional work.
  • After you approve the final soft proof and we deliver master files, further changes may incur new fees.

5. Delivery and turnaround

Estimated turnaround (often 24–48 hours for standard logos) begins after payment confirmation and receipt of usable source files and instructions. Complex, vintage, or incomplete artwork may take longer. Delivery is typically by email or another agreed channel. You are responsible for checking files promptly upon receipt.

6. Intellectual property

Your source artwork

You (or your client) retain all rights in the original logo, trademark, and source files you submit. Providing those files grants us a limited license to use them solely to quote, redraw, revise, and deliver your project. We do not claim ownership of your original artwork or source materials. Any rights you retain in your original artwork remain yours.

Delivered vector files

Upon full payment of the agreed fee, you receive the right to use the final delivered vector files for your business and production purposes, including print, embroidery, signage, and digital use, subject to any third-party rights that may apply to the underlying artwork, trademarks, fonts, images, or other elements.

Until payment is complete, we retain ownership of the working files and deliverables. Unpaid drafts or proofs may not be used commercially.

Our process and site materials

Our working methods, templates, website content, branding, and portfolio examples remain our property. Client work appears in our public portfolio only with permission.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client artwork and project details as confidential and do not share, sell, or reuse them without permission, except as needed to perform the service or when required by law. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data and files.

8. Payment

Prices are as stated in the accepted quote. Payment methods and payment instructions will be provided before work begins. Depending on the payment method used, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store complete credit or debit card numbers on our website. Payment processing may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider.

Invoices or payment links are due as specified in the accepted quote. Work may be delayed or suspended if payment is not received as agreed. Taxes, fees, or other charges may be added where required by applicable law.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Because vector redraw is custom digital work:

  • Quotes and unused consults are free — nothing to refund.
  • If you cancel before significant redraw work has started, we may refund any unused prepaid amount, less reasonable non-recoverable costs, where applicable.
  • Once manual redraw work has substantially begun, fees are generally non-refundable, because time and professional labor have been expended.
  • If we cannot fulfill an order for reasons within our control, we will offer a remedy — most often a refund of amounts paid for undelivered work or a redraw at no extra charge.
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective style preferences after approved proofs, or requests outside the original scope, do not automatically create a refund right.

Nothing in these Terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.

10. Disclaimers

The site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We strive for clean, print-ready paths, but we do not warrant that deliverables will be error-free for every production process, machine, or color system without testing on your side. You should soft-proof and test files with your printer, embroiderer, or production partner before large runs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete files, delayed replies, payment issues, third-party platforms (email, WhatsApp, hosting, payment processors), or force majeure events.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability arising from any order or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, reprint costs beyond that cap, or production downtime, even if advised of the possibility.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt service, scrape content in an abusive way, submit malware, or use the contact form for spam or unlawful content. We may refuse service or block access where we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site or ordering after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For active orders, the Terms in effect when you accepted the quote generally apply unless we both agree otherwise.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. Courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh (or another competent forum we mutually agree) may hear disputes, subject to non-waivable rights you may have elsewhere.
